Project Brief — Full Detail·Engagement
Pilot School: St. Augustine's SSS · 887 students · Est. 1929 · Proposed nonprofit vehicle · 2026
The platform unifies three systems that most schools run separately, or not at all — alumni engagement, school administration, and AI-enhanced learning — into a single, modular product with shared logins, shared data, and one consistent experience for staff, students, parents, and alumni. Released under an open-source license (AGPL-v3), any school can adopt it at no licensing cost. St. Augustine's Senior Secondary School (SASSS) is the first pilot, proving the model before wider rollout.
Module 1 · Live at Pilot — Target Feb 2026
Self-service profiles and a searchable directory organized by class year, integrated donation processing with transparent reporting, event planning with RSVP/ticketing, and a job board with mentor matching — any school can reconnect its alumni network around one trusted platform.
Self-service alumni profiles organized by class year and batch, searchable directory.
Integrated donation processing, quarterly reporting, milestone-based fund releases.
RSVP & ticketing for reunions, job board, mentor matching, engagement analytics.
Payments · Mobile money & card processing · Bank-deposit tracking · Quarterly statements
Modules 2 & 3 — SASSS: Q2 2026 – Q1 2027
Once alumni engagement is live, the platform extends to daily school operations — enrollment, attendance, gradebook, and fee collection — then to a curriculum-aligned AI tutor available 24/7 to give every student personalized learning support.
Online enrollment, digital attendance with automated parent alerts, gradebook & printable reports.
Two-way messaging portal, integrated fee payments, timetable & calendar management.
Personalized learning paths, automated grading, plagiarism checks, at-risk student flagging.
Subsequent schools reuse the built platform — their cost is mainly configuration, onboarding, and training, not new development.
The Challenge
Paper-based administration and disconnected point tools create a heavy admin burden — pulling teaching staff away from teaching.
Our Approach
A phased rollout that replaces paper workflows module by module, validated first at SASSS before extending to other schools.
